International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Chruch - South East Asia
IX. RECOMENDATION
After having analyzed everything said from the interview, the researchers recommend that the implementation of DBMS must continue for the familiarization of the members of its use. Secondly, more data concerning members must be collected. Next, members of ICCEC-SEA must be well informed on the new technology used in the organization.
The researchers strongly suggest that higher-management must elaborate on DBMS by conducting a seminar of some sort that will tackle the details of DBMS, what it's about, how it works, and its utmost importance for efficient data processing and file management within the Church. After educating all of the members of the organization on what must be learned about DBMS, everyone will be required to submit their personal data as soon as possible. Members of the Church who do not comply with the requirement of submitting their personal data will be given a notice, such as a memo, immediately.
X. CONCLUSION
Based on the data the researchers have gathered, it could be concluded that DBMS is needed for efficient data processing and file management by the ICCEC-SEA. The utilization of the DBMS is a success because work efficiency and productivity within the organization has increased as compared to those of previous years with out the innovation. For further success of the use of DBMS, the completion of personal membership data gathering is needed.
